How secure is your data center in Finland?
Our data center is located in a guarded area, where people are checked at the entrance gate. Unauthorized persons do not have access to the area. The entire area is monitored by security cameras. During the day and during the closure of the area outside working hours, a physical patrol is carried out at regular intervals, carried out by authorized security agency employees. The hall itself, in which we operate the data center, is also separately monitored by security cameras and a physical check of the condition of the miners and the area is regularly carried out by our employee. The data center hall is secured with fire detectors and powder extinguishers with regular inspection of operation.
How long does it take to transport a miner to your data center in Finland?
After receiving the miner at our headquarters in Teplice Bžany 62 415 01, we will transport your machine to the data center in Finland within 5 days. Another option is to send your miner directly to the data center via your chosen shipping company.
How long does it take for a miner to join the mining network?
We will connect your miner to the mining network within 3 days.
What happens after my miner is connected to the mining network?
After connecting the miner to the network, we will send you a link to an application where you can monitor the mining progress and UP TIME of your miner in real time. Then, according to your instructions, we will connect the miner to your crypto wallet.
Do you charge fees for connecting a miner to the mining network?
Connecting your miner to the mining network, connecting it to the monitoring application and crypto wallet is free.
How do you handle a situation where my miner needs to be serviced?
We will provide the necessary warranty and post-warranty service for your miner at our partner RIPER center in Finland. Service intervention and troubleshooting during the warranty period is free of charge. Intervention and repair of the machine after the warranty period is charged. The option to service your machine directly in Finland eliminates the long downtime in mining caused by the need to send machines to the manufacturer and back.
How long does it take for a service intervention in the event of a miner malfunction?
We will provide the necessary warranty and post-warranty service for your miner at our partner RIPER center in Finland. Service intervention and troubleshooting during the warranty period is free of charge. Intervention and repair of the machine after the warranty period is free of charge. The option to service your machine directly in Finland eliminates the need for a long downtime in mining by sending your miner to the manufacturer and back.
What is the monthly UP TIME of my miner?
Continuous monitoring of the mining process and the status of your miner by our staff guarantees UP TIME of 95%.
What is the average lifespan of a miner?
The quality of the miner can vary by manufacturer. When purchasing a branded device, the expected lifespan is approximately 5 years. For water-cooled miners, the lifespan is almost double.
What is the notice period and termination of my miner?
You can terminate your miner contract immediately without giving any reason. We do not refund or reduce the payment for your miner for a given month, so we recommend that you schedule the termination of your miner at the end of the month.
